There's a part in this week's cartoon for a shady medical person; I ruled out RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz because the cartoon didn't need to be about them specifically. I thought of The Simpsons' Dr. Nick, but I used him once before. No reason to keep using someone else's character.
Another possibility was to give the character the head of a duck — you know, because he's a quack, get it? Get it? Get it?
